These terms apply solely to individually agreed digital roleplay services for persons aged 18 or over.
No in-person meetings, visits or physical services are offered. The Master and Domina personas are part of a consensual digital service.
The website and enquiry form provide information and non-binding contact only. After individual screening, scope, boundaries, duration, channel and start are agreed via email or messenger. A contract is formed only by express agreement of both parties.
Published package prices are starting points. Only the individually confirmed price is binding. The agreed amount is paid in full after agreement and before the service starts.
Participation is voluntary throughout. Tasks may be declined without explanation and participation may be ended at any time. Boundaries are respected. Illegal, dangerous or non-consensual acts are excluded.
Availability, response times and scope of support follow the individual agreement. Continuous availability is not promised.
If a client voluntarily ends an experience after it has begun, no refund is generally offered, including where tasks are declined. Participation may still be ended at any time without additional payment obligations. If The Onyx Ritual fails to provide an agreed service, an appropriate refund is made for the undelivered portion. Mandatory statutory rights, including any applicable termination or refund rights, remain unaffected. This rule is explicitly disclosed before payment.
Client information is treated confidentially insofar as technically and legally possible. Individual messages and content may not be published without authorisation. Legal rights, lawful authority requests and permitted evidence preservation remain unaffected.
Swiss law applies, subject to mandatory statutory provisions and jurisdictions.
